Project Manager (MEP)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of MEP systems for construction projects. You will manage MEP teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery while coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors for project integration. Monitoring project progress, schedule adherence, and quality control will be a key part of your role to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations. Efficiently managing project budgets, costs, and resource allocation is essential. In addition to troubleshooting and resolving MEP-related issues on-site, you will also be expected to prepare progress reports and effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of 8+ years of experience in managing MEP projects, specifically in the commercial, hotel/restaurant, and industrial sectors. Experience in the Hotel Industry is a must. A strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and BMS is required. Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project and AutoCAD is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with the ability to manage large teams and handle multiple tasks effectively.
