Project Manager

As a Project Manager with over 12 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing custom-based or enterprise software development projects, interacting with US/UK clients, and managing project implementations in a customer-facing role. Your expertise in Hybrid Agile & waterfall methodologies, MS projects, SDLC, and end-to-end project management will be crucial for success in this role. Having a PMP certification will be an added advantage, and your ability to communicate fluently without MTI and grammatical errors is essential. Your roles and responsibilities will include: - Preparing and maintaining project plans, obtaining client approval, and setting up communication channels with clients and internal teams for Symphony Implementation projects. - Triaging requirements, leading implementations, generating Change Requests, and ensuring client expectations are met within agreed timelines with exceptional quality. - Engaging in process improvement initiatives, limiting functional bugs, and communicating proactively about any mismatches in client requirements. - Coordinating with supporting teams and providing relevant data for project status updates, while training yourself and team members on the Implementation process. - Utilizing your hands-on experience in Project Management tools, project estimation, planning, costing, proposal preparation, and handling fixed-price projects effectively.
