Experience & Qualifications

10+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT
Expertise in project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, and methodologies like Agile, PMP
Strong leadership and communication skills for team management and executive presentations
Preferred certifications include PMP or Agile certification

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, and resource allocation

Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment with executives, clients, and teams
Identify and mitigate risks, implementing proactive strategies to resolve project challenges
Oversee budget and resource allocation, ensuring cost-effective project delivery
Continuously improve project management methodologies, optimizing workflows and efficiency
Lead and mentor junior project managers, fostering collaboration and professional growth
Track performance using KPIs, Agile methodologies, and project management tools
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and project execution
Conduct post-project evaluations, identifying lessons learned and areas for improvement
