🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Lead

  project and facility management

  for manufacturing and greenfield setups
• Manage

  budgets, vendor negotiations, SCM coordination

  , and planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams (engineering, production, supply chain, quality, etc.)
• Act as the

  single point of contact

  for customers and front-end discussions
• Drive

  product development from concept to delivery

• Be actively present

  on-ground at the factory

  — resolving day-to-day issues at the production site
• Ensure smooth functioning of plant operations, timelines, and vendor execution
• Manage stakeholders with maturity, clarity, and responsiveness

🛠 What You Bring:

• 8+ years

  of experience managing complex projects at the ground level in manufacturing
• Background in

  Electronics Manufacturing, Automotive, or Semiconductor

  industries preferred
• Experience in

  greenfield projects

  is a big plus
• Strong understanding of

  technical and operational aspects

  of manufacturing (electrical, mechanical, automation, etc.)
• Proven ability to

  problem-solve, take ownership

  , and work in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Excellent coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Have

  worked inside a factory or plant environment

• Understand

  technical project execution

• Have

  at least 8 years of experience

  managing

  end-to-end projects in electronics/automotive/semiconductor or similar industry.

  open to working on flexibility

  if project timelines demand
