Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Develop project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and improve overall project performance.
Ensure effective communication among stakeholders through regular status updates, progress reports, and issue resolution meetings.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

10-20 years of experience in IT Project Management or related field (B.Tech/B.E. degree from a reputed institution).
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum), PMP certification preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in JIRA toolset; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
