Job Description

Job Description: As a Project Manager for the Modular Prefab Division at Loom Crafts, you will play a crucial role in managing production activities at our factory, overseeing dispatches, and coordinating with site teams and internal departments. Your responsibilities will include supervising the production of modular units, planning and monitoring dispatches to project sites, coordinating with site labor and contractors, working closely with the design team to implement technical drawings, maintaining project records and reports, reviewing AutoCAD drawings for site planning, ensuring quality control, and ensuring timely completion of assigned projects. You should be a Mechanical Diploma holder with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in prefab, modular, civil, or interior site execution. You must have a strong hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Google Sheets, along with excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills. The ability to handle on-site labor teams and independently manage multiple projects is essential, along with a willingness to travel to project sites as required. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is a day shift, and the ability to commute or relocate to Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh is preferred. Immediate joining is a requirement for this role.
