About the job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead stakeholder management at the project site.
  • Conduct geological and site assessments to support planning and execution.
  • Liaise effectively with government departments, local authorities, and communities for approvals, clearances, and negotiations.
  • Supervise project teams and ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting.
  • Prepare MIS updates, dashboards, and presentations for clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Geology/Mining Engineering from a reputed university (Mandatory).
  • MBA in Project Management / Operations (Preferred).
  • 510 years of experience in land acquisition, mining or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in Gujarati (spoken & written).
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
