Job Responsibilities

• Should have functioned in the capacity of managing medium to top -scale construction projects.
  
• Strong knowledge in civil, structural, and interior finishing work.
  
• Good leadership and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  
• Experience in residential, commercial, and township projects.
  
• Must have knowledge of preparing estimations, billing, quantity take-offs from drawings, analysis of rates in BOQ, checking quantities, and inspecting work at site.
  
• Responsible for studying BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and extracting quantities from drawings.
