Openings for Goa - QualificationStakeholder Management● Act as the central point of contact between site teams, vendors, and seniormanagement.● Liaise with DISCOMs, government authorities, and local stakeholders for inspections andapprovals.● Provide clear communication to clients on progress and address site-level concerns.Required Skills & Experience● Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).● Experience: Minimum 7 years in execution of utility-scale or C&I ground-mounted solarprojects (5 MW+).● Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, cabling, and gridintegration.● Proven track record of managing multiple sites simultaneously.● Familiarity with project management tools (Zoho, MS Project, or equivalent).● Vendor and contractor management expertise.● Understanding of regulatory processes and DISCOM approvals.Key Attributes● Strong leadership and on-ground execution skills.● Ability to multitask across multiple active sites.● Problem-solver with focus on timely execution and quality.● Effective communicator with ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.● Willingness to travel extensively to project sites across states.Why Join Renevik Solar?● Opportunity to work on cutting-edge solar projects● Be part of a fast-growing, premium solar solutions company● Competitive salary● Collaborative and growth-oriented work culture

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
