Project Manager IT Enterprise Projects (Agile)

As a Project Manager for IT Enterprise Projects (Agile) at our company, your role will involve leading and delivering high-impact technology initiatives using Agile practices. You will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality-focused delivery aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end planning and execution of IT enterprise projects. - Apply Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban for sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog management. - Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders. - Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. - Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change requests. - Track progress, prepare reports, and present updates to leadership and clients. - Ensure compliance with quality, timelines, and budget constraints. - Mentor and coach teams on Agile best practices. Key Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering (MBA or PMP/CSM preferred). - 5+ years of experience in managing IT enterprise projects in Agile environments. - Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project. - Experience with cross-functional, multi-location teams. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and enterprise IT systems. - Advantageous: Experience in BFSI/FinTech domain, exposure to APIs, microservices, Blockchain, AI/ML, SaaS, or cloud-native projects.
