Responsibilities:
Planning & Coordination
Engage with business users to capture requirements, align on priorities, and translate them into structured, actionable delivery plans.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and task trackers.
Facilitate coordination between multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Execution & Delivery
Track progress against timelines and proactively address risks or delays.
Ensure operational readiness for program launches
Oversee the successful delivery of programs to a global audience across multiple platforms.
Quality & Process Improvement
Recommend and implement operational efficiencies and best practices.
Conduct retrospectives after major programs or as relevant to identify process improvements.
Communication & Reporting
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and dependencies.
Prepare reports and presentations on product adoption, new features, and other key metrics for stakeholders.
