  Primavera tool

  Transmission & Distribution

• Generation of Monthly Progress Reports, Bar Chart indicating Planned Vs Actual Progress

of Project, Work Breakup Payment Milestone Schedule, Variation Order Report & Man-

hour Budgeting etc.

• Single point contact with the client and the vendors for all project related & technical

communications.

• Attending Periodical Project Progress Review Meeting with Client, Vendors & Lenders.
• Organizing interdepartmental meeting to periodically review the progress and constraints
• Review of vendor offers during procurement stage & finalizing vendors by technical &

commercial bid evaluation process.

• Effective Review of Vendor Drawings & Documents during post contract stage based on

Codes, Standards & Good Engineering Practices

• Payment follow-up with customer by submitting payment milestones
• Review & Approval of Billing Schedule submitted by Suppliers
• Risk Analysis during Engineering Stage & Maintaining Lessons Learnt Register for all the

projects

• Site Progress Monitoring & Coordination
• Project scheduling, management, planning.
• Familiar in Preparation & Compilation of Pre-Bid Engineering Documents
• Preparation & Review of EPC Tender Documents & EPC Offers
• Front end engineering works
• Preparation of Detailed project reports
• Serving as internal auditor helping in maintaining the effective quality management system

in the organization as per ISO 9001:2015 QMS requirements.
