About the Role

Customer Project Managers

Key Responsibilities

Lead customer projects (transactional and subscription) from planning to execution.
Ensure projects are delivered
on time, within budget, and with high quality
.
Align project vision and strategy with business objectives.
Track project metrics, manage financials, and ensure profitability.
Identify risks, issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
Execute
Change Management
processes for contracts.
Manage partner delivery and commercials when third-party resources are involved.
Drive stakeholder communication and status reporting.
Mentor junior project managers and contribute to internal process improvement initiatives.
Identify opportunities for additional business and support presales and renewal evaluations.

Required Skills & Expertise

Education:
Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Experience:
15+ years in project management within IT/Telco or similar industry.
Strong knowledge of
project management methodologies
(Agile, Waterfall).
Proficiency in
MS Project, Jira
, and collaboration tools (Teams, Webex).
Understanding of
IT infrastructure, networking concepts
, and multi-technology projects.
Excellent
stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
.
Financial acumen for budget and cost control.

Preferred Certifications

PMP or PRINCE2
Agile/Scrum Master
ITIL Foundation
