Job Description

Responsibilities:

Excellent client communication to understand the project specifications, project launch and delivery on time.
Vendor management, vendor database development, vendor bidding and final invoicing (Client and vendor both).
Having knowledge of RFQ and SOW creation.
Track field work progress and take appropriate action plan for multiple live projects.
Decipher or Confirmit knowledge would be add on.

Required Background:

Should have good knowledge of market research industry and online data collection (CAWI).
Must fine with rotational/night shift (APAC, India, UK, EST, PST shifts).
Multi-tasking and can handle excess workload.
Immediate joining would be preferred.
Can work as team player and push yourself to ensure timely deliveries.
Extended and weekend support is required.
Should contribute for process optimization.
