Project Manager II-Front End technologies

As a Technical Project Manager at UST, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of projects with TCV 500K - $1Mn in deliverables based or outcome-based model. Your role will involve delivering the agreed scope within timelines and cost, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting acceptance criteria. Key responsibilities include: - Identifying key stakeholders and establishing positive business relationships among stakeholders - Maintaining regular communication with customers/partners/suppliers and addressing their needs through empathy - Defining activities, responsibilities, critical milestones, resources, skills needs, interfaces, and budget - Anticipating and managing risks with suitable risk management strategies - Implementing governance model as per project needs - Orchestrating projects to develop or implement new processes to meet business needs - Building, managing, and nurturing high-performing teams and providing mentoring - Adopting and building software engineering best practices To measure the outcomes, you will be responsible for Sprint velocity/team productivity, planned schedule vs actual, planned effort vs actual, risk management index, customer satisfaction, and more. Your outputs are expected to include scope management, estimation and resource planning, project/schedule management, risk/issue management, stakeholder management, test and defect management, configuration management, software development process tools & techniques, governance, domain/industry knowledge, technology concepts, profitability management, pricing & licensing models, knowledge management, account management processes and tools, solution structuring, self-development and organizational initiatives, and team development. Qualifications required for this role include: - 8+ years of experience in the software development industry - 1+ year of hands-on experience in a project management or team lead role - Technical background in modern web development (JavaScript, React, TypeScript preferred) - Proven experience in agile and iterative delivery environments - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider that partners with clients from design to operation.
