Job Description

Role Overview: As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a single or a portfolio of projects with a deliverables based or outcome-based model. Your primary goal will be to ensure the successful delivery of projects within the agreed timelines and cost, meeting the acceptance criteria and enhancing customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Identify key stakeholders and maintain positive business relationships among internal and external stakeholders - Define project activities, responsibilities, critical milestones, resources, and budget while optimizing costs and time utilization - Anticipate and manage risks by applying suitable risk management strategies and developing contingency plans - Implement governance models and metrics-driven management to quantitatively assess project health - Orchestrate projects to develop or implement new processes to meet business needs - Build, manage, and nurture high-performing teams, providing individual and team mentoring and ensuring seamless communication and conflict resolution - Adopt and implement software engineering best practices to be leveraged by other teams - Conduct requirements analysis, scope control, and prioritization based on customer needs - Drive the creation of common standards and partner with customers to define their requirements - Consolidate estimates, evaluate risks, conduct resource planning, and analyze the impact of changes on estimates and resource loading - Plan and manage project activities to meet acceptance criteria, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies - Proactively identify dependencies, track risks, document and communicate them to relevant stakeholders - Define pricing models, conduct estimations, and review proposals for complex projects - Establish knowledge management plans and platforms for project teams to share learnings and improve productivity - Collaborate with other projects and functions to deliver value to both the organization and the customer Qualification Required: - 8+ years of experience in the software development industry - 1+ year of hands-on experience in project management or team lead role - Technical background in modern web development, with proficiency in JavaScript, React, TypeScript preferred - Proven experience in agile and iterative delivery environments - Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and projects - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones is a plus Company Additional Details: The company is looking for a Technical Project Manager with a strong foundation in modern front-end technologies such as JavaScript and React to support the engineering team in delivering high-quality products efficiently.
