Role Proficiency: Perform end-to-end management of a single project up to TCV of 500K with time and effort based or deliverable based model; by delivering the agreed scope within the agreed timeline and cost. Ensure the success and acceptance criteria of the project are met enhancing customer satisfaction. Outcomes: Identify key stakeholders ensuring establishment and maintaining positive business relationships among stakeholders (internal or external) Maintain regular communication with customer; addressing needs through empathy with their environment Define activities responsibilities critical milestones resources skills needs interfaces and budget. Optimize costs and time utilisation minimize waste and deliver projects on time on budget as per the contract and agreed scope with a high quality result. Anticipate all possible risk manage them by applying the suitable risk management strategy; while developing contingency plans. The TPM should coache the development team, facilitates the removal of impediments, and ensures that the team has the best possible circumstances to achieve project/sprint goals. The TPM is accountable for the Agile team s effectiveness through improved practices within the framework. This role manages both the development and quality engineering functions. Accountabilities Building and leading cross-functional project teams, setting expectations, and ensuring that the team has the necessary resources and support. Monitor the project scope to prevent scope creep and make necessary adjustments. Conflict resolution within the team should be addressed promptly and constructively to maintain a positive working environment. Use Agile metrics and feedback to help the team continuously improve. Scrum Process Facilitation, Ensure that the scrum Framework is understood and applied correctly by the team. Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-maintained and prioritized. Define and track relevant metrics to assess progress and identify areas of improvement. Closely work with Product Owners, Tech Leads, and Dev teams and ensure that the stories are prioritized and being progressed Plan and drive the prioritization discussions, coordinates releases, conducts governance meetings Manage the employees in the development and quality engineering roles that are aligned to specific product teams. Leads and supports team members in their performance and career journeys by providing feedback and guidance on a regular basis. Provides leadership on staffing decisions as opportunities present (new hires, terminations, etc.). Support escalations from the team. Drives continuous improvement initiatives to ensure that Functional/Development/QE procedures and processes are measured and reviewed on a regular basis, and refined/updated as needed An in-depth understanding of design principles and thinks technology as a solution enablement tool. Has a logical mindset and an aptitude to resolve highly complex problems, diagnose and identify issues and guide the team towards proper resolutions. Ability to lead design reviews and actively participate in technical discussions with great attention to details and recommend technical solutions when necessary. Ability to work with a geographically dispersed team of engineers, product managers, Customer facing people and senior RD leadership. Follower of Scrum and experienced in implementing and optimizing agile development and continuous integration / continuous delivery methodologies. Familiarity with Atlassian suite (Jira and Confluence) is desirable. Identify the technical gaps in the project like Security, Performance, Accessibilities, etc and work towards fixing it. Engage in the preparation of various reports, including the Weekly Status Report (WSR), Monthly Business Review (MBR), and Project Progress updates, and share these to stakeholders on a regular schedule. Strive for consistent enhancements in the project through the implementation of Retro and RCA meetings Foster a positive work environment within the team. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Software Development, Quality Assurance or related field 10+ Years of experience in Software Development and/or Quality Assurance 5+ years of experience in an Agile environment 5+ years of experience in a management/people leadership capacity 5+ years of experience in technology project management, managing multiple projects and teams. To have proven record of successfully delivering complex projects, ability to drive projects from initiation to completion. Strong leadership skills, technical thought leadership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality data solutions. Experience in Cloud-based software architecture, development, and testing solutions. Preferably AWS Know How skills on o Oversee the design and development of Java-based applications (Java 1.8 and above) for E-commerce platforms o Knowledge on Oracle SQL and database optimization. o Knowledge on JBoss for application server management. o Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration best practices. o Knowledge of SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) principles and implementation. o Knowledge in in front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, jQuery, and Bootstrap. o Strong Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices. o Building secure and scalable payment applications. o Building Payment processing applications, good understanding of payment gateways, merchant accounts, integrating with payment APIs and transaction processing workflows. o Familiarity of GDPR, financial regulations, payment processing libraries and APIs, PCI DSS, e
