Job Description

As a Change Manager / SRE Lead with 9 to 12 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading change management processes in large-scale infrastructure, network, and security environments. Your role will involve hands-on activities related to driving change governance, automation, and stability while collaborating closely with SRE, DevOps, and infrastructure teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage change and release processes across infra, network, and security domains. - Run and facilitate CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings, ensuring adherence to ITIL best practices. - Drive the adoption of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) for controlled and automated deployments. - Utilize container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) and Docker for implementing production-ready changes. - Manage and optimize observability and monitoring through tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, and Prometheus. - Conduct risk assessments and impact analysis for proposed changes. - Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reporting using Power BI/Tableau. - Utilize SQL scripting for change validation, log analysis, and troubleshooting. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and minimal risk in change management. - Coordinate with SRE and platform teams for continuous improvement in release processes. **Required Skills & Experience:** - 6-8 years of experience in Change/Release Management with exposure to infra, network, and security changes. - Strong ITIL Change Management expertise with demonstrated experience in running CABs. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitLab CI. - Proficiency in Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), Docker, and Kafka. - Solid knowledge of AWS networking components (VPCs, subnets, load balancers, security groups). - Familiarity with SaaS/PaaS platforms, billing systems, and JIRA Cloud workflows. - Strong skills in data visualization and reporting using Power BI/Tableau. - Proficiency in SQL scripting for validation and log analysis. - Excellent abilities in cross-functional coordination, analytical thinking, ownership mindset, and stakeholder management. **Nice To Have:** - Prior experience with SRE practices in large-scale distributed systems. - Exposure to incident and problem management.
