Job Description

Experience:

At least 15-20 years of proven experience in Hydro Mechanical works
.
Expertise in
Dam Gates, Hoists, Penstocks, Pressure Shafts, Erection & Commissioning
Strong background in managing large-scale hydro projects from planning to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead project execution at assigned location.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, and procurement plans.
Manage contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
Conduct client meetings, progress reviews, and ensure timely reporting.
Coordinate with design and procurement teams to achieve project milestones.
Provide leadership to site teams and support corporate-level approvals.
