Job Description

Role

Erection Planning & Methodology
Develop and review steel bridge erection schemes, staging, sequencing, and methodologies.
Ensure execution as per approved erection drawings, method statements, and safety procedures.
Execution & Supervision
Oversee daily activities of erection teams and subcontractors at site.
Monitor progress and ensure adherence to the approved execution schedule.
Ensure timely availability of materials, machinery, cranes, tools, and consumables as per the erection plan.
Technical Expertise
Must have hands-on experience in erection of
bow-string girders
and other complex steel structures.
Apply advanced erection techniques such as
lifting, launching, alignment, bolting, and welding
.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and maintain site records including daily progress reports, alignment reports, welding logs, and inspection records.
