Technical Expertise Must have hands-on experience in erection of bow-string girders and other complex steel structures. Apply advanced erection techniques such as lifting, launching, alignment, bolting, and welding . Documentation & Reporting Prepare and maintain site records including daily progress reports, alignment reports, welding logs, and inspection records.

Support marketing efforts such as company brochures, case studies, product catalogs, and trade show participation. Qualifications Education Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Experience 5–15 years of experience Proven track record in business development, tendering, or technical sales.
