Job Description

You are the experienced Project Manager (Building Works) who will lead all site-related activities from planning and coordination to execution and quality control. Your main responsibilities will include: - Reviewing drawings, BOQs & specifications - Monitoring daily site progress & preparing reports (DPR/MIS) - Coordinating with contractors, vendors & consultants - Ensuring quality, safety & timely completion of works - Planning material requirements & maintaining records - Handling billing, estimation & site documentation Qualifications & Experience required for this role are: - Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Civil) - Experience: 10-12 years in building projects Skills Required: - Strong technical knowledge of building construction - Excellent planning, coordination & communication - Problem-solving mindset with leadership ability The employment type for this position is full-time with salary as per experience & industry standards.
