Job Description

Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our hotel project in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale hotel construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the hotel project from inception to completion.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Hospitality Management, Construction Management, or related field.
15-23 years of experience in project management, specifically in hotel or hospitality projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMBOK, Agile).
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards.
