Lead and manage the lifecycle of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects, ensuring seamless execution from design to commissioning. Drive integration with renewable or hybrid energy systems, manage compliance, safety, and technical excellence while delivering within time and cost targets.
Key responsibilities include :
-Project Planning & Execution Technical & Site Management
-Contract & Vendor Management
-Manage subcontractors, vendors, and service providers at site.
-Oversee installation, commissioning, and integration of BESS systems (batteries, PCS/inverters, transformers, auxiliaries, SCADA).
12-15 years of experience.
Preferred certification in Project Management & working experience as a Project Head.
