Project Manager – Ground Mount Solar Park

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of ground-mount solar power plant projects. The role involves planning, coordination, vendor and contractor management, site supervision, and ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle project execution for ground-mount solar installations (20 MW – 100+ MW).
• Develop project plans, schedules, BOQs, and resource allocation.
• Manage contractors, vendors, and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee civil, mechanical, electrical, and structural work at site.
• Ensure compliance with safety norms, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Track project progress, budget, and timelines; prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Coordinate with clients, DISCOMs, and internal stakeholders.
• Address risks, bottlenecks, and site challenges proactively.
• Conduct final project testing, commissioning, and handover.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical.
• 5+ years of experience in solar EPC; at least 3+ years in project management.
• Strong understanding of ground-mount solar construction, drawings, and site execution.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera and project documentation.
• Ability to work at project sites and manage cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
