Project Manager, GIC SC

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Partner with Product Owners, Solution Managers, D&T Architects, and team to understand the product vision and roadmap, and help design, develop, support, and maintain the User Interface and application for supply chain suite of applications. Lead and practice the roadmap execution across internal and external teams in India and the US, including setting coding standards and enforcing those through code reviews to ensure solution scalability. Partner with business users to ensure ongoing design and architecture consistency. Investigate and resolve complex and multi-faceted issues spanning the entire technology stack, requiring collaboration across teams and technology boundaries. Proactively improve solution reliability and key metrics such as uptime, application performance, time to issue resolution, and other key operational SLAs. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: Full-time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory). Certification in cloud-native application development is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant discipline. 12-13 years of relevant experience in design, hands-on development, full stack development, DevOps, and database development. Experience with the following development technologies: Microsoft C# .NET Core, relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MS SQL), HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Proficient in front-end frameworks (React preferred, Angular also acceptable). Deep technical understanding of Cloud (GCP preferred) and microservices architecture. Proficient in developing services following best practices and AI-augmented development. Exposure to developer productivity toolsets like GitHub Copilot and AI-driven development. Expert in designing cloud-native capabilities and services. Knowledge of integration technologies like MuleSoft, API gateway integration is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Ability to perform root cause analysis and identify problem trends. Familiarity with Agile methodology. Efficient time management skills and ability to prioritize. Comfortable with ambiguity and a passion for learning new skills. Familiarity with container-based app deployment. Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions. Knowledge of unit, integration, and end-to-end testing. Familiarity with Single Page Applications (SPA) and Progressive Web Applications (PWA). Knowledge of event-based architecture (e.g., Pub/Sub, Kafka). Knowledge of API design and implementation. Exposure to GitHub Copilot and low-code/no-code platforms.
