Project Manager Full Stack

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Full Stack with strong expertise in Flutter and Node.js to lead and manage end-to-end web and mobile application development projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in full stack development and team/project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-stack projects using Flutter (for mobile) and Node.js (backend).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — developers, designers, QA, and clients.
• Plan sprints, manage timelines, allocate tasks, and track progress.
• Review code, provide technical guidance, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and report on project status.
• Manage risks and troubleshoot technical issues proactively.
• Must have experience in team handling and leading development teams effectively.

Required Skills:

• Flutter – Deep experience building scalable mobile apps.
• Node.js – Strong backend development skills with REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of MongoDB / SQL, Firebase, or similar backend technologies.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full stack development and project/team management.
