Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects related to hospital infrastructure, service development, process improvement, or digital transformation. This role requires strong coordination with cross-functional teams, vendors, contractors, and clinical/non-clinical departments to ensure timely and successful project delivery within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  
• Develop detailed project plans, including Gantt charts, budgets, and milestones.
  
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary.
  

Infrastructure & Facility Projects:

• Oversee construction, renovation, or expansion of hospital buildings, OPD/IPD wards, ICUs, etc.
  
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, biomedical engineers, and suppliers.
  
• Ensure projects comply with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and hospital protocols.
  

Technology & Digital Health Initiatives:

• Manage implementation of HIS (Hospital Information Systems), EMR/EHR systems, telemedicine platforms, etc.
  
• Liaise with IT vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and user training.
  

Operations Improvement:

• Lead process improvement initiatives across departments to improve patient care, reduce costs, or increase efficiency.
  
• Implement lean practices and Six Sigma methodologies where applicable.
  

Budget & Resource Management:

• Prepare and manage project budgets.
  
• Track expenses and ensure cost-effective resource utilization.
  
• Identify and manage project risks and develop contingency plans.
  

Stakeholder Communication:

• Maintain clear communication with hospital leadership, department heads, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations on project status.
