Project Manager For Water Treatment Plants ( Jhansi, India )

3 to 5 years of proven expertise in managing projects related to STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), and WTP (Water Treatment Plant)

Role & responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and execute projects involving STP, ETP, and WTP installation from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution and maintain effective communication to manage client expectations.
• Conduct site visits for project monitoring, installation supervision, and troubleshooting any on-site issues.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure project targets are met.
• Oversee procurement and logistics related to projectequipment and materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety, statutory regulations, and company policies during all project phases.
• Handle documentation, reporting, and escalation related to project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain detailed records of all project activities.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineersand site staff.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Tech/B.E. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering OR Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role in STP, ETP, WTP projects

• Proven track record of handling at least 3 end-to-end projects related to water/wastewater treatment plants.
• Strong knowledge of the technical aspects of

  STP, ETP, WTP,

  including design, installation, commissioning, and operation.
• Hands-on experience with site installation, execution, and client management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as lead a team on-site.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites
