We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with 3 to 5 years of proven expertise in managing projects related to STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant), and WTP (Water Treatment Plant) . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in project installation on-site, strong client interaction skills, and a track record of successfully handling at least 3 major projects. This is an excellent opportunity to lead and manage projects in Jhansi, with candidates from across PAN India encouraged to apply. Role & responsibilities : Lead, plan, and execute projects involving STP, ETP, and WTP installation from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution and maintain effective communication to manage client expectations. Conduct site visits for project monitoring, installation supervision, and troubleshooting any on-site issues. Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure project targets are met. Oversee procurement and logistics related to projectequipment and materials. Ensure compliance with safety, statutory regulations, and company policies during all project phases. Handle documentation, reporting, and escalation related to project progress, challenges, and resolutions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain detailed records of all project activities. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineersand site staff. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction. Preferred candidate profile : B.Tech/B.E. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering OR Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role in STP, ETP, WTP projects . Proven track record of handling at least 3 end-to-end projects related to water/wastewater treatment plants. Strong knowledge of the technical aspects of STP, ETP, WTP, including design, installation, commissioning, and operation. Hands-on experience with site installation, execution, and client management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently as well as lead a team on-site.
