Job Description

Role Overview: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of product development projects within the Product Development and Engineering Department. Your primary focus will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meeting the required quality standards by managing cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to drive successful delivery of product development initiatives. - Lead a team of design engineers, product managers, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and objectives. - Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes to project stakeholders while ensuring alignment with business goals. - Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle for bags and medical devices used in Cell & Gene Therapy, Bioprocess, and Medical applications. - Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation plans, and implement solutions to address challenges proactively. - Monitor project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure cost-effective project execution without compromising quality. - Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure products meet industry standards and customer requirements. - Work with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and services essential for project success. - Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Engineering or Project Management. - Proven experience in project management, particularly in product development projects. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. - Knowledge of regulatory standards such as FDA and ISO. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage project budgets and resources efficiently. - Experience in collaborating with quality assurance teams and external partners. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Proficiency in project documentation and compliance requirements. Additional Details: This is a full-time position offering benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund. The working schedule is during the day shift with a yearly bonus. The work location is in person.,
