Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Client & Communication Management

  • Serve as the

    primary point of contact

    for clients, managing all project-related communication and expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring clarity, transparency, and timely updates on project status.
  • Translate client requirements into clear project plans and deliverables for internal teams.

Project Planning & Execution

  • Develop comprehensive

    project plans

    , timelines, and task allocations to manage end-to-end delivery.
  • Coordinate across

    design, development, and QA teams

    to ensure alignment with scope, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Track project progress using structured documentation and ensure updates are recorded.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, or dependencies and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or quality concerns.

Process & Team Coordination

  • Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring effective resource allocation and workload balancing.
  • Collaborate with team leads and leadership to improve internal processes continuously, project workflows, and communication methods.
  • Support in defining and refining best practices for project management across the organization.
  • Ensure that project documentation, reports, and closure notes are complete, accurate, and accessible.

Technical Understanding

  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of

    web technologies

    such as

    WordPress, .NET

    , or other CMS frameworks.
  • Collaborate effectively with technical teams to understand project scope, technical feasibility, and deliverable timelines.
  • Ensure smooth handoffs between design, development, and QA stages for optimal efficiency.

Tools & Documentation

  • Use

    Basecamp, Zoho Projects

    , or equivalent to track milestones, manage dependencies, and communicate updates.
  • Maintain consistent and transparent reporting on project health, progress, and potential risks to stakeholders and leadership.

Leadership & Delivery

  • Drive

    cross-functional collaboration

    and maintain accountability within project teams.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all assigned projects within agreed budgets and client expectations.
  • Support in performance evaluations of project team members based on project outcomes and delivery quality.
