Responsibilities & Duties Assist in leading and managing project lifecycles, ensuring projects stay on track within scope and budget. Support ERP system implementation and integration, aligning with business processes under supervision. Maintain and update ERP documentation, ensuring data integrity and system accuracy. Collaborate with senior project managers on resource planning to optimize team efficiency. Contribute to project plans, schedules, and status reports to keep stakeholders informed. Work with cross-functional teams to promote effective communication and resolve project challenges. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and help implement solutions to maintain project timelines. Adhere to project management best practices, standards, and methodologies. Assist in gathering requirements from stakeholders and provide project updates as needed. Foster team collaboration and contribute to a culture of learning and continuous improvement. Leadership potential with attention to detail. Excellent time management and prioritization. Technical Skills & Qualifications: A bachelors degree in computer science, Management or a related field. Proficiency in project management tools such as Redmine, Wrike, Asana, or similar platforms. Expertise in project management and resource management for optimal team performance. Strong client communication skills for effective project updates and stakeholder engagement. Ability to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports. Familiarity with ERP systems and their integration within project workflows. Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Competence in risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Basic understanding of data analysis tools to monitor project performance.
