Project Manager ERP Implementation

Role Overview: As an experienced Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the implementation and ongoing service support of a SAAS-based School ERP system for both existing and new clients. Your expertise in project management and educational technology solutions will be key in ensuring the success of projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end implementation of School ERP solutions for new clients. - Create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project scope, budget, and deliverables effectively. - Conduct risk assessments, mitigate challenges, and ensure on-time delivery. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation and post-go-live phases. - Facilitate client onboarding sessions, gather and document client requirements. - Ensure client satisfaction through regular communication and progress updates. - Handle escalations and resolve challenges effectively. - Provide ongoing support and consultation to existing clients. - Monitor system performance and user adoption metrics. - Coordinate with technical teams for bug fixes, enhancements, and system updates. - Develop and maintain client documentation and user guides. - Conduct periodic review meetings with clients. - Enhance implementation methodologies and best practices. - Create and maintain project templates, checklists, and standard operating procedures. - Analyze project outcomes to provide recommendations for process optimization. - Contribute to the product development roadmap based on client feedback. Qualifications Required: - Experience with School Management Systems or Educational ERP platforms. - Previous work in K-12 or higher education environments. - Expertise in change management within educational institutions. Additional Details: Working conditions for this role will involve a standard office environment with occasional client site visits, flexibility to work for client support after office hours, and travel requirements for client meetings and training sessions. This is a full-time position with health insurance and Provident Fund benefits, with the work schedule being Monday to Friday. The work location will be in person.,
