Project Manager- Digital Transformation

In this role at CBOSIT Technologies, you will be responsible for leading and managing digital transformation projects, focusing on implementing and optimizing Zoho solutions for clients. Your agile team leadership skills will be crucial in facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure efficient project delivery. As the central point of contact for stakeholders, you will manage expectations, provide regular updates, and foster strong relationships. Your role will also involve collaborating with clients, defining project scope, managing resources effectively, and resolving risks and issues to keep projects on track. Additionally, you will oversee testing and deployment phases to ensure high-quality solutions and coordinate with various teams for seamless integration. **Key Responsibilities:** - Orchestrate end-to-end delivery of digital transformation projects, focusing on Zoho solutions - Champion Scrum methodologies and facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives - Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain transparent communication - Act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure their needs are met - Define project scope, create detailed plans, allocate resources, and track progress - Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve challenges - Oversee testing and deployment phases to ensure quality solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal solution delivery **Qualifications Required:** - More than 9 years of experience in project management, ideally in a consulting environment - Deep understanding and practical experience with Scrum and other agile methodologies - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging presentations and effective meetings - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders - Experience managing projects for UK-based clients is advantageous - Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking ability - Leadership potential to motivate and guide project teams - Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills While not a hands-on technical role, familiarity with Zoho applications such as CRM, Desk, Books, People, Creator, and Analytics, as well as tools for process mapping and basic technical understanding, will be beneficial.,
