1. Project Manager

• Responsible for overall project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion within timelines and budget.
  
• Must have experience in MEP / construction project handling.
  
• Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering.
  

2. Technical Manager

• Handle technical reviews, drawing approvals, and coordination with consultants and clients.
  
• Ensure all designs and specifications meet project and industry standards.
  
• Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech with minimum 10 years of technical experience.
  

3. Electrical Engineer / Supervisor

• Responsible for installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
  
• Should have strong knowledge of LV, MV systems and site execution.
  
• Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
  

4. HVAC Engineer / Supervisor

• Oversee HVAC system installation and commissioning activities.
  
• Must have experience with ducting, chillers, AHUs, VRF systems, etc.
  
• Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  

5. Process Pipeline & Drainage Engineer

• Manage installation and maintenance of process piping, drainage, and utility systems.
  
• Should be familiar with layout drawings and P&ID.
  
• Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  

6. Material Manager

• Responsible for procurement planning, vendor management, and material inventory control.
  
• Must ensure timely material availability as per project schedule.
  
• Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Material Management or Engineering.
  

7. Quality Engineer / Manager

• Ensure quality control at all stages of project execution.
  
• Conduct inspections, audits, and maintain QA/QC documentation.
  
• Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma with QA/QC certification preferred.
  

8. Translator (Chinese / English / Hindi)

• Responsible for real-time translation between Chinese and English/Hindi during site meetings and document communication.
  
• Must have excellent language proficiency and understanding of technical terminology.
  

9. Safety Manager

• Implement and monitor HSE standards at project sites.
  
• Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with safety norms.
  
• Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Safety Engineering / NEBOSH certified preferred.
