Project Manager- Covering Lighting, User Controls, Acoustics and Display

Job Title:

We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee Program and Project Management activities related to Lighting, User Controls, Acoustics, and Display systems. The role involves close coordination with the Platform team and VES COEs to ensure the program-defined TCP targets are achieved.

The candidate will prepare and monitor time plans (L1 to L4), manage timeline revisions, and communicate updates to the concerned COEs. They will track and monitor project risks, escalate critical issues to GPHs and delivery heads, and represent GPHs in NPQ meetings. Additional responsibilities include tracking software releases aligned with MPDS Gateway, monitoring CMTCP performance, and circulating MIS reports to leadership.

The role also includes maintaining project-specific issue lists, supporting new program scope definition, budget estimation, E-BOM release, and ensuring timely build intent sign-off.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with Platform team and VES COEs to ensure TCP targets are met.

• Prepare, track, and update time plans (L1L4) and manage timeline changes.

• Monitor project risks and escalate issues to GPHs and delivery heads.

• Represent GPHs in NPQ meetings and coordinate software release readiness.

• Track CMTCP timelines and performance in line with MPDS Gateway requirements.

• Circulate MIS reports and project updates to the leadership team.

• Maintain project issue lists and support scope finalization for new programs.

• Oversee budget estimation, E-BOM release, and build intent sign-off activities.
