Key Responsibilities

Design and execute large-scale academic transformation initiatives across multiple geographies.
Lead mixed-method research and evaluations, including classroom observations, field studies, and assessments.
Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of academic and program data to generate insights and shape strategy.
Manage academic quality across program components such as teacher training, content design, and remedial instruction.
Supervise and mentor a multi-functional team of academic associates, researchers, and field staff.
Maintain strong working relationships with government stakeholders, representing ConveGenius at review meetings, workshops, and policy forums.
Stay updated on developments in education policy (e.g., NEP 2020, NIPUN Bharat) and align program efforts accordingly.
Collaborate with product, tech, and implementation teams to ensure integration of academic insights into the broader delivery ecosystem.
Regularly travel to state and district locations to monitor program quality and capture ground-level feedback.

Qualifications

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Education, Public Policy, Development Studies, Economics, or a related field.
4 - 6 years of professional experience in the development sector, preferably in education.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
Prior experience in research, data analysis, or monitoring and evaluation will be an advantage.
