We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Technical Project Manager to drive,

lead, and deliver our Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong

communication, and project management skills, with an ability to collaborate with

cross-functional teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

The candidate should have reasonable familiarity and some hands-on experience with Tech,

as this role will not be pure project management, and the candidate will be expected to

learn various Salesforce Cloud offerings from a functional consultant and administrative

perspective.

Roles and responsibilities

• Communication Skills

  - Ability to talk to our international clients, understand their ascents, and communicate the client requirements and team progress between various stakeholders and teams.

• Zeal/Hunger to Upskill

  - Your KRA will be to pick up Salesforce clouds. You will be given the required content/training assistance, but the continuous zeal to upskill is a must.

• Project Management

  - Ability to use the right model like Agile etc to manage projects based on client requirements, budget, and available team.

• Grow as a Salesforce Functional Lead/Architect

  , who can understand and talk in Salesforce lingo with clients and various stakeholders, scope project efforts, and work with the tech team to deliver quotations.

• Strong People skills

  - Making sure the team is aligned and motivated, and identifying red flags/risks by maintaining a close connection with them.
• Some development experience in any of the technologies is a must, as that will help in acquiring Salesforce skills. Knowledge of any CRM/ERP/API Integrations will be great, along with the idea of how the Sales, Marketing, and Commerce domains work.
• Drafting tasks/stories out of requirements, and allocating them to team members based on the right skills. Comfort level with tools for Wireframing and SRS will be great.
• Monitoring risks and progress of projects.
• Ability to form a seamless layer between client and BUs/developers/QA etc, and to present information to all stakeholders in the format most relatable to them.
• Performance management of team members.

Skills And Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities.
• Minimum 6 years of management experience in the IT field, including development work and interactions with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing rising talent in the technology department.
• Ability to predict challenges and seek to head off obstacles proactively.
