Project Manager (Civil)

Job description :

Responsibilities determine the specifications of the project:

Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.

Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.

Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.

Supervise the work of labourers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed.

Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.

Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Provide budget oversight, including document and applications processing.

Analysis of proposals, assignment of work after comparison of offers and getting the work done as per drawings, agreement and prescribed guidelines, billing, testing of materials used for construction.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary : ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
