Job Description

We are looking for result oriented Project Manager - civil at our sites located in and around Pune. Candidate will be responsible to complete the project in time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
Establishing and managing the project budget, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Creating and maintaining project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones, and managing potential delays.
Overseeing the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
Ensuring that the project meets quality standards, adhering to building codes, and conducting inspections.
Ensuring that all safety regulations and procedures are followed on the construction site.
