Role & responsibilities

Planning and scheduling all phases of construction projects.
Managing budgets, resource allocation, and procurement.
Overseeing construction progress, quality control, and site inspections.
Negotiating contracts with subcontractors and vendors.
Ensuring project compliance with legal, safety, and environmental standards.
Managing project documentation, risk assessments, and resolving site issues.
