Job Description

As a Project Manager Case Management at INOPC within the PGSV 2826 team, your role will involve supporting and strengthening the digital Service team by successfully managing entire case management processes to define solutions for stakeholders and customers. It is crucial for you to represent Hitachi Energy's interests towards customers throughout the entire case, with a focus on continuous improvement and providing excellent commercial and technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Successfully execute diverse cases from customer inquiry to completion of site works. - Arrange project teams with required disciplines, ensuring completion of tasks according to the project plan. - Define and manage project milestones for on-time product delivery. - Proactively address deviations to keep projects on track. - Serve as the main point of contact with customers, ensuring satisfaction through open communication. - Manage contracts with customers and support supplier selection for special products. - Handle changes in scope, increase revenue and project margin, and reduce project risks. - Provide regular project reporting to management and share knowledge for project improvement. - Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. - Uphold Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity. Qualifications Required: - Hold a degree in BTech. - 5 years of experience in product troubleshooting/Case management. - Minimum 2 years of project management experience. - Proven track record in managing service contracts. - Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM tool. - Effective communication skills for customer handling. - Strategic planning and organization skills. - Proficiency in English (speaking and writing).
