Job Description

Project Planning and Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, resources, timelines, and budgets.
Team Leadership and Coordination: Assemble and lead project teams, assign tasks based on individual strengths, foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and motivate team members to achieve project objectives.
Budget Management: Estimate project costs, establish budgets, monitor spending, and make necessary adjustments to ensure the project remains within financial constraints.
Time Management: Create and maintain project schedules, set deadlines, and track progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, assess their impact, and develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and keep the project on track.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹19,083.06 - ₹30,000.00 per month
