Project Manager with Stakeholder Management -

Needs to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
Lead project delivery from initiation through to completion, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines are met.

Stakeholder Management:

Identify, analyze, and manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Conduct regular stakeholder meetings, updates, and feedback sessions.

Risk & Issue Management:

Anticipate and mitigate project risks and issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
Maintain a risk register and ensure appropriate escalation protocols are followed.

Communication & Reporting:

Provide regular status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries to stakeholders.
Ensure that project documentation is accurate and up to date.

Team Leadership:

Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Provide clear direction and coaching to team members as needed.
