About the Role

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end

  embedded and FPGA-based projects

  , ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and budget compliance.
• Work closely with

  system architects, FPGA engineers, firmware teams, and ASIC/SoC designers

  to coordinate project deliverables.
• Drive execution of

  Bare Metal and FPGA system development

  , from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Manage

  project planning, resource allocation, risk tracking, and milestone reviews

  .
• Act as the

  primary point of contact

  for customer stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for

  design verification, validation, and integration

  activities.
• Ensure

  compliance with engineering standards

  (e.g., MISRA C, DO-178C, security guidelines) and best practices.
• Foster a culture of

  collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

  within the engineering teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in

  Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field

  .

• 8+ years

  of experience in embedded development, with at least

  3+ years in technical project/program management

  .
• Strong expertise in

  Bare Metal embedded systems, FPGA development (preferably Xilinx/Zynq MPSoC)

  .
• Exposure to

  ASIC/SoC design flows, FPGA toolchains (Xilinx Vitis, Vivado)

  , and low-level driver development.
• Proven track record of

  delivering complex engineering programs

  within schedule and budget.
• Experience in

  customer relationship management and stakeholder communication

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  project management tools and methodologies

  (Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, Jira, etc.).
• Excellent

  problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills

  .

Good to Have

• Experience in

  safety-critical domains

  (Aerospace, Automotive, Defense, or Medical).
• Knowledge of

  standards such as DO-178C, ISO 26262, or equivalent

  .
• Familiarity with

  security aspects in embedded systems

  (encryption, authentication).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
