Project Manager Asset Management (IT & Non-IT)

You are a Project Manager with expertise in Asset Management for both IT and Non-IT assets. As a part of NexusNow.ai, a global leader in AI-powered enterprise transformation, you will be based onsite at the Bangalore headquarters of a large retail and e-commerce enterprise. You will be responsible for leading a nationwide transformation program for IT and Non-IT assets, involving physical audits, AI-based tracking, asset tagging, and reconciliation across multiple locations. Your role will encompass managing a large-scale program covering tagging, onboarding, reconciliation, and automation across India. You will be the central point of coordination between customer stakeholders, vendor teams, and internal resources. It is essential to drive asset lifecycle processes for both IT and Non-IT assets, ensuring alignment between various departments like Finance, IT, Admin, and Store Ops through automated workflows. You will lead the deployment and integration of asset platforms like AssetCues and ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion, ITAM, and HRMS. Implementing mobile-enabled asset tracking, barcode/RFID-based audit systems, and AI-powered features will be crucial for real-time reporting and synchronization of records. Supervising physical verifications, driving automated reconciliations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing write-off workflows are key aspects of your responsibilities. Your skills should include expertise in IT and Non-IT Asset Lifecycle Management, Retail & E-Commerce domain experience, familiarity with various Asset Management tools, and hands-on experience with tracking technologies and AI-enabled asset processes. Your strong leadership, planning, stakeholder communication, and reporting capabilities will be vital for the successful execution of this comprehensive asset management program.
