• Drive Country Serialisation Implementation• Drive support tasks related to the maintenance of global serialisation solution• Contribute to the optimization of the global serialisation solution• Drive and contribute to issue solving across process, system and organisation• Acquire insight knowledge of the serialisation data models for specific markets in order to provide maintenance and optimization support• Together with serialisation team be part of and contribute to the governance for the current IT solution and processes including administrative tasks and ensure systems and processes are used as intended Main job tasks:

• Understand the country regulatory requirements for Serialisation and UDI• Coordinate with Affiliate, Labelling, Production & IT team to implement the requirements. • Prepare for GO Live and Train affiliate.• Support in the maintenance task for the EU serialisation solution.• - Handle Alerts daily together with serialisation Denmark team.• - Update Excel-tool and dashboard; assess criticality and follow up on critical issues together with serialisation Denmark team.• Get insight to the complex Russia Serialisation Solution and understand the IT-solution and related processed. Provide support both on process knowledge and potential operational tasks.• Drive Problem solving related to the use of the serialisation solution. Provide suggestions and drive solutions for optimizing/automating maintenance tasks or solution in general.• Act as a team member in the serialisation team and support on ad-hoc tasks such as, but not limited to;• - Structure and setting up global sharepoint site and content• - Input for user guides, SOPs• - Support on MD tasks
