Job Description

As a Project Manager in the AI department of Corporate Technology LLM based in Mumbai/Pune, your main role is to lead the creation of the project roadmap and conduct resourcing analysis. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the creation of the project roadmap and resourcing analysis - Demonstrating Agile Project Experience with Product Backlog, Burn down charts, Sprint, and Iteration - Engaging with stakeholders at all levels to drive timeline achievability - Monitoring, governing, and reporting on the AI program across Crisils businesses & functions - Creating Smartsheet/PowerBI/Tableau based dashboards for visual program monitoring and reporting - Performing routine program validation to ensure projects are on track - Suggesting improvements to enhance/streamline project plans for successful execution - Collaborating independently with team leads on program execution and collation of materials for leadership visibility - Monitoring execution risks, collaborating with owners for mitigation, and providing routine reports - Overseeing preparation of content and PPT slides for reporting updates to leadership and board of directors - Supporting team members in executing project management responsibilities - Conducting financial analysis and managing budgets - Proactively identifying and reporting issues Qualifications required for this role are: - Graduation - Project Management certification will be an added advantage Experience needed: - 8 to 10 years of overall experience - 5+ years practical experience in supporting end-to-end project management for big-ticket projects - Hands-on experience in collaborating across functions/teams to execute project objectives within committed timelines - Experienced in identifying and executing process improvement opportunities - Independent creation of PPT slides and visual dashboards for project reporting Skills required for this role include: - Strong oral and written communication - Ability to develop partnerships - Agile software development knowledge (Scrum/scaled agile) - Proactivity, agility, accountability, and independence - Strong advanced excel skills; Knowledge of automation tools (Python/R) is a plus - Client-focused mindset to adapt to changing customer needs - Good presentation and PPT skills - Familiarity with visualization tools like Smartsheet, Power BI, or Tableau As a Project Manager in the AI department of Corporate Technology LLM based in Mumbai/Pune, your main role is to lead the creation of the project roadmap and conduct resourcing analysis.
