Job Description

Role & responsibilities Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project timelines using Gantt charts , ensuring on-time delivery of facility-related projects. Facility Upgradation & Maintenance: Oversee repair, renovation, and upgradation projects in residential properties. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with vendors, contractors, and residential societies to ensure smooth execution of projects. Technical Documentation: Prepare project reports, status updates, and risk assessments. Budget Management: Estimate project costs, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective execution. Compliance & Safety: Ensure projects adhere to safety regulations, local building codes, and compliance standards. Team Management: Lead technical teams, supervise contractors, and ensure quality execution. Technology Utilization: Use MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, or other project management tools to track progress and optimize workflows. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Civil/EE Engineering. 7 years of experience in Facility Management & Project Management (Residential Properties preferred). Strong proficiency in Gantt charts, MS Project, Excel. Knowledge of civil, electrical, and plumbing works in residential properties. Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
